Well, you may not know this, but JP isn't the only person on staff who has been on stage at Passion.

Now, if you don't know what Passion is, Passion is this, like, huge mega conference that takes

place every single year at the beginning of the year, typically in, like, the Atlanta Falcons

stadiums. There's 65, 70,000 college students that descend onto this arena to go and hear the teaching of the word.

And really, it's like a tremendous honor to be asked to be there.

It's like the Super Bowl of preaching to get to be there.

So JP's gotten to be there multiple years in a row now.

But I, in 2013, I attended Passion as a college student with some of my buddies, and we were in

Atlanta, Georgia, in the Georgia zone where the Falcons played, and we were sitting there during

the conference.

They had finished the session for the day, and they said, hey, all of you guys can go home,

go to your hotels, and we will meet back here the next morning. So I grabbed my stuff, I'm ready to go. One of my friends says, hey, Nate, stop. I'm like, what, what's going on? He's like, we were talking and we want to go on the stage. I'm like, what do you mean? You want to go on the state? We can't go just go on the stage. And they said, no, we're going to go on the stage. I'm like, what are you talking about? They're like, we're going to go down there right now, and we're going to go on the stage. I'm like, we can't do that. And they're like, no, we absolutely can. And here's the one rule. It's going to work to perfection. You just need to make sure that you keep this one rule in mind. Just act like you belong. Like if you just go down there and act like

you're supposed to be there, no one's even going to notice. So I'm like, sure, give it a shot.

So we waited for everyone else to leave. We found an elevator. We got on this elevator,

hit down to the very bottom. The elevator doors open up right in front of me is David Crowder,

and he's like about to get on the elevator. We get off the elevator. My heart's beating like crazy,

just telling myself the whole time, okay, just act like you belong, act like you belong, act like

you're supposed to be here. There's all these like famous Christians around me, and then there's

me and my backpack, just excited to be there.

And then we walk up towards the stage. And on the stage, where the speakers for the next day, they were doing mic checks and whatnot. Eventually, they stopped doing mic checks, and we're just like, okay, this is our moment. And I'm just telling myself, okay, just act like you belong. Act like you belong. One of my friends hands a security guard, his phone, said,

Hey, can you take a picture of us?

And... you belong, act like you belong. One of my friends hands a security guard, his phone, said,
