0:53.7	and the talking points memo this evening is Putin, the rich guy. Okay, so let's run it down. He may
1:02.8	be the rich man in the world, Vladimir Putin. And he made his money by shaking down
1:10.0	oligarchs and business leaders in Russia. That means if you want to do business, all right, in Russia
1:17.7	that Putin has to get what they call in the mafia attaste, right? You have to pay him for the
1:25.1	privilege of doing business in Russia. So according to some estimates, he has amassed a $200 billion
1:33.1	plus fortune. All right. And that is the reason I was wrong in predicting that Putin would be
1:42.1	invaded Ukraine. I said he would not because he has so much to lose himself. And he will lose.
1:52.0	So anyway, let's run down where Putin's money is, very instructive. The communist, they are
2:00.3	kind of, but the Russian government pays him about 200,000 to be the head of the state. All right.
2:08.5	He has eight official residences, eight. So Biden is two, the White House and Camp David.
2:23.0	Putin is eight, just that the Russian government picks it up. Okay. And then he's got all kinds of
2:30.0	property outside of Russia. And he has his money stashed in a number of offshore tax havens.
2:39.7	Monte Carlo, which is Monaco, where allegedly his mistress lives part of the time. And in the other
2:46.8	part of the time she lives in Switzerland. And the rumor is he has four children, but nobody really
2:51.2	knows. So Putin never talks about his private life. And if you're in Russia and you talk about
2:56.8	Putin's private life, you may disappear very quickly. All right. So he has a $1 billion vacation
