0:31.4	The US, the European Union, the UK, had already brought in sanctions earlier in the week.
0:36.3	The Johnson government's measures, however, attracting criticism on all sides in Parliament for ineffectiveness,
0:41.8	that there is now a real question about what countries can do and should aim to do.
0:47.0	And with Foreign Secretary List Trust warning that Europe is facing its most perilous situation since the early 20th century,
0:53.4	while the UK and its allies guilty of failing to have recognised the threat posed by Russia.
0:59.2	Well, joining me to try and answer these huge questions and to discuss what comes next,
