resolution, which the votes unfolding as we speak to try to limit presidential authority to go to war.

I know there's quite a few individuals saying, absolutely, let's go to war. Let's give the president all the power he wants. Carry out

endless wars. Like, that's not what we voted for, of course. So Congressman Massey is going to be

joining us in a few moments to talk about war with Venezuela, because as Tucker Carlson just

reported about an hour and a half ago,

he's spoken to members of Congress who say that President Trump tonight will make an announcement

declaring war.
