The January 6th Committee has struck a deal with Jenny Thomas for her testimony. Judge Cannon strikes a couple of paragraphs from her order following the 11th Circuit's ruling in favor of the Justice Department.

Judge Deary, the special master, rolls out his schedule for review of the rest of the documents in the Mar-a-Lago case. Hitler, cosplayer Kusanelli, is sentenced to four years in prison for his role in the 16th attack on the Capitol.

A Trump Judge laughs the pillow man out of court and the ex-director of Mississippi's Well-Fare agency has pled guilty in an embezzlement scheme.

Hi, Dana. Happy Friday. Happy Friday, A.G. Before we get started, we have a listener. Her daughter had surgery yesterday and I said I was going to tell Elizabeth Good Luck, but I wasn't on the Beans because we did a crossover episode.

So I just want to say Elizabeth, if you're listening, we hope the surgery went well. We are sending you love and healing light. And I know you're going to be a rock star.

So there's that 100% 100% thank you for bringing that up. And also today, real quick, Jenny Thomas has agreed to be interviewed by the January 6th committee. That should be.

I'm going to say interesting. Yep. I don't think she's going to provide anything worth anything. She might, you know, plead the fifth of bunch or just be a dick in general.

A lot of folks are asking, why don't they subpoena her? Well, you know, I mean, that would take a long time in court. They only have a couple months left. So it's best that they were able to secure this discussion and interview that they're going to have with her on tape. They're going to videotape. It will be in the next few weeks.

We have a hearing confirmation time and date. It's going to be September 28th. And it's going to be at 1pm Eastern time. That's 10am to you and me on the best coast, Dana.

I will be up and I will probably be over at Kathy Griffin's watching that in her screening room. So it's going to be very, very interesting to say the least.

What else happening to, oh, I'm going to be talking with David Corn later in the show. He's the author of the new book American psychosis, a historical investigation of how the Republican party went crazy.

Also, some breaking news, Trump attorneys, Corcoran, Rally and parlator met with Thomas Windham. Remember the guy who was brought in by Merrick Garland to head up the 1 6th investigation last January?

They all met at the Department of Justice today about Trump and the 1 6th investigation. That's all we know so far, but they were spotted coming in and out of Windham's office.

They know Windham was in there too. They saw him going in. So all kinds of interesting news going on today. We have a lot to get to. Let's hit the hot note.
