from a lawyer representing Tesla and Elon Musk to the court that ruled over the SEC and

Tesla slash Elon settlement over the going private tweet.

Now as we recall that settlement ruled that Tesla and Elon both owed $20 million to resolve

that case there was no admission of guilt or anything like that.
