0:04.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be pursuing your passion and crushing your goals.
0:11.0	So I've got an email success story. It's actually an update.
0:14.0	This particular guy, I did a video newsletter from him about, I guess about two years ago.
0:20.0	I looked it up.
0:24.4	And it was titled, Own Your Purpose, Own Yourself.
0:27.5	And obviously at the time that he was struggling. And so a lot of things, good things have happened since then.
0:31.1	And so he sends in a success update.
0:34.2	So I thought, what a great way to end the week, the work week, with a good
0:39.1	success story to inspire you guys. So I got a quote that I wrote and then we'll go through his
0:44.5	email and see what he's accomplished. The quote says, success is making incremental progress
0:51.8	towards your grandest goals and dreams. Achieving your outcomes
0:55.4	tends to take way longer than you expect it to. Fear, doubt, and worry will start to dominate
1:03.5	your thoughts if you are idle for too long and not being productive. Therefore, the cure for fear,
1:10.6	doubt, and worry is always to lose yourself in the
1:14.5	process of taking action towards making your grandest goals and dreams a reality. Remember the old
1:22.3	Dale Carnegie quote, inaction breeds fear and doubt, taking action breeds confidence and courage.
1:31.0	The best medicine when things aren't going well and it doesn't feel like shit's going to turn
1:36.0	around for you is to lose yourself in the process of taking action, doing things that are productive,
1:42.4	not just being busy, but do things that are productive.
1:46.8	And eventually, someday, some way, somehow that worm finally turns.
1:54.8	And then you have the glorious successes like we have in this email.
