Summary

It's night 2 of the in season tournament for the Utah Jazz after their win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The Utah Jazz are 1-0 in group play and play the Portland Trailblazers who are also 1-0 in group play. The new Purple court and purple uniforms will be out today. David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA insider, thinks this is exactly why the in-season tournament is a great idea. The Jazz are having pick and roll issues. They run the most infrequent pick and roll and face the pick and roll the least but it is still a major part of the game and the Jazz need to get the pick and roll figured out. Keyonte George is a more natural pick and roll player than the other guard on the roster and he is beginning to get a feel for Lauri Markkanen whereas John Collins and Jordan Clarkson are beginning to have a combination.
