Because listen, this podcast almost did not happen.

So y'all know Sunday night,

the Eagles were playing the San Francisco 49ers.

And I was going, you know, just watching by myself,

you know, no big deal.

And then Wendell was like, hey, we should go somewhere.

And then at the last minute he canceled.

And then Derek was like, come over to my house. You know, we're watching the he canceled and then Derek was like come over to my

house I'm you know we watching the game and so I was like okay and I am actively working on

trying to say yes because I am noticing that first of all listen you know your baby boy

love to be in the house in the bed in the bathtub by myself but I you know your baby boy love to be in the house, in the bed, in the bathtub, by myself, but I, you know, seasonal depression is real. And I go through my spouts and I just realize that sometimes I'm isolating myself and I'm saying no. And I'm like, oh, I'd just rather be at home. And so, you know, when Derek was like, come over, I said, all right, went to the store. Yeah, baby boy went got some chip, you know, little party stuff. And so we were watching the game and it was looking like we are going to win. And Derek's like, all right, everybody, let's go downtown. No, Derek doesn't live too far from downtown. Now, I'm like, now, wait a minute, Derek. I just said I was coming over, okay?
