Now, 2020 has been a trying year to say the least.

It's just been so much from the get-go.

However, at the same time, I am grateful for 2020 because it has taught me that I'm a survivor,

that I can get through anything, and that, you know, I'm also so

grateful for this podcast because it's been a much needed release during this year, okay?
