All right, welcome into Purple Live, Matthew Collar, along with E-SPN's Minnesota Vikings reporter, Courtney

Cronin. A lot to talk about this evening. We will have Mike Triplett from E-SPN in New Orleans, and he's going to talk about where the Saints are at coming off of a little bit of help from the wind in their victory against the Baltimore Ravens, but the Saints are rolling so we're going to talk to him later on this hour

but the biggest news of the day just coming down about a half an hour ago

Everson Griffin Viking Star defensive and will be returning to team activities after

dealing with a mental health situation since week three.

And we've talked quite a bit about Everson Griffin and how the Vikings will handle this situation and bringing him back in and setting the model out for other franchises to be open in dealing with a mental health issue.

So put that aside and let's think about the football element of this because Everson Griffin is a huge part of this

football team Courtney. So to get him back whether it's this week or down the

line it could take this defense from being very good the last few weeks against teams you should be good against to where they were last year

Considering a lot of the other parts have been coming together over these last few weeks.
