I'm grateful that you are here.

I'm Bella Rose, and what I will do is speak the Word of God, the scripture.

And then I will follow it up by an affirmation based on that scripture. And I ask you

to say those words right after me. Say it out loud if you can. If you can't, then say it in your heart,

but say it with conviction that this is truth and just let the word wash you.

Psalm 139.133 through 14.

For you created my inmost being.

You knit me together in my mother's womb.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Your works are wonderful.

I know that full well.

You created me.

You made me. You made me exactly as I am. You knew me completely and chose to make me this way.

Ephesians 2.10, for we are God's handiwork created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. I was created to do God's work. I am created exactly as God wanted me to be.

First Peter 2, 9 through 10

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession

that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were

not a people, but now you are a people of God. Once you had not received mercy, but now you have

received mercy. I am chosen by God. I am a person of God. I am out of the darkness into his wonderful light.

Ephesians 1.5, he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Christ Jesus in accordance

with His pleasure and will.
