Well, I've been going through the archives trying to find a really good classic Armstrong and getty segment from way back i found one from

2004 actually was let's see it's january 28th 2004 and uh i remember this is a segment where the guys

talk about puppetry of the penis yeah you heard me right puppetry of the penis i remember the guys

we had them um come into the studio and we they talk about in the segment but we had them come into the studio.

They talk about it in the segment, but we put sheets up.

And basically what they do is these gentlemen have an act, and they take their private parts, and they manipulate them so that they can make like a baby bird, a hamburger, a sailboat. And you know what? I was there, and it looks

just like they say it does. The sailboat looks like a sailboat. The hamburger looks like a hamburger.

You can't believe this is being done. And instead of being grossed out by it, you're just

amazed that somebody can do this with their body. It was one of the funniest

and strangest things I've ever seen in person and certainly one of the weirdest things I've

ever seen on the Armstrong Gettys show. I'm not sure we could get away with that today.

Like I said, this was back in 2004, and I think even though we took precautions to make sure

we shielded the studio from coworkers,

I think management would probably be too nervous for us to put on a program like that today.

Things have changed a lot.

In 2021, using your penis to make a sailboat or a hamburger for entertainment purposes,

that's going to be really controversial.

And as you'll hear, even back in 2004, TV station got fined by the FCC for broadcasting
