I'm going to opt out of doing any impressions, as it might come off as kind of racially

dicey, I think.

So I'm just going to say hello.

Well, welcome and thank you for being here.

And as I said, right at the beginning, we are going to be talking about the entirety of the Punchout series.

Primarily, I guess we'll be discussing five games, essentially, spending more time on some of the more, I guess, more well-known entries in the franchise.

So what is Punch Out?

So I had originally written down a 2D boxing series developed by Nintendo, but as Ryan

suitly pointed out, it is kind of 3D.

We'll talk about that in a minute.

Players assume the role of Little Mac as he attempts to win his way through several

circuits of fighters in order to become the ultimate champion.

Far as genre goes, it's kind of a sports game, puzzle game, boss rush combination.

I think that is probably fair.
