Did you get like something from a preschool or something that I warned you about? I wasn't warning you about that, bro. I'm sure that I got something from a preschool and I already took two days off. I'm not going to take another day off. And I know a lot of people are thinking like, hey, why are you in the studio when you're studio when you're sick and you're totally right. I wasn't going to be. I was planning to

broadcast from home, but unfortunately, spectra- And like, hey, why are you in the studio when you're sick? And you're totally right. I wasn't going to be.

I was planning to broadcast from home. But unfortunately, Spectrum decided that my internet is optional.

So I had to rush to the studio to do the show right before it happens. So my voice is going to be pretty bad.

I apologize for that. My takes are going to be pretty bad, but you're used to that. So we should be, we should be fine. How are you doing, JR? How are you? Listen, John, it's been a week and it's fitting that it's also the best damn day of the week that I'm back. In case you guys don't know, it is the beginning of week. Your Monday should be the best day of your week. I mean, it gets everything going. What's a Friday without a Monday? Especially when you've had a week off to do a bunch of gallivanting, barbecue eating, and driving around Memphis,

Tennessee, while the capital burns with all the people that in there yelling and fighting and

folks being arrested. It was a bit of a week that I missed tons of news on, John.

Yeah, yeah, there was a lot going on.

It's a nice little romp through the 1950s and 60s, judicially.

So that's fun and awesome.

We've got more war, it's just everything's gone to hell.

So anyway, in the social breaks, we'll find some positive stuff to talk about. I have no doubt. But we have a lot of stuff.

What about a backlash at the break? Maybe the- Well, yes, we'll probably talk about backlash, which I talked a little bit of. I watched a little bit of. We'll talk about that in the break. break. But we do have to get to Iran because we have a lot going on there. We're talking
