okay so let's talk about the night of conversations to be recently I go to

a very interesting conversation let's talk about traffic tickets and public support.

Some of you are so committed to believing that the employment of traffic summons to curtail what you consider to be important in law enforcement.

And I say that in a little bit of a condescending matter to drive a point home.

And it's really simple.

It's not opinionated thing.

It's factual data.

And I'm realizing that there are some people that don't like the message

that we could be doing a lot more for society than writing traffic summons.

And if you've had no perspective on that, that's how I deliver things in a very candorous manner with a very sperm stance on how I feel

about it.

And I had some thoughts this morning about it, like, you know, do I think that we need to have

traffic enforcement at all and I you

know maybe I'll reserve that for my personal opinion because that is a personal
