It's time to make your fear smaller.

Before you are a stronger speaker you realize that feeling strong is the key to your success. And speaking English powerfully to groups makes you more

successful and more respected.

And I don't know how soon you will realize

when you feel relaxed and strong because you will know sooner or later

that as you feel relaxed and strong, it's very easy for you to speak English powerfully.

As you think about English, you realize you just need to feel relaxed

you just need to feel relaxed and strong when you speak English powerfully.

Obviously you already know a lot of vocabulary and you already know too much grammar.

You can imagine laughing with your best friend.

Or you can imagine drinking a relaxing drink.

And feeling totally relaxed and happy.

As you imagine feeling totally relaxed and happy,

you realize that it's very easy to speak. You feel that it's very easy to talk. you understand that your feelings, your emotions affect your speaking

powerfully.
