we're going to read through the entire epistle of one John. First John. Yep, first John and the author

of the revelation, the author of the gospel, and in this wonderful epistle, we talk about the

person and work of Jesus Christ. It's almost like very similar theme to the gospel, and you've got

chapters one through five. Five chapters we're going to read it all, and we're going to have

comments along the way. So would you just bless this prayer? Yes, Lord, we thank you so much for this

unbelievable privilege of not only having your word in our hands right now, but also being able to

read it and share it with so many people around the world. Father, may your word pierce all the way

deep and separate marathon bone and do that work that it was sent for. Father, I pray that

today your word will speak to so many in ways that only they know. Everyone can get from it

that which he needs for that day. I pray that you will preside over the reading and over
