This time of the year in the United States, it's tough. The holidays are over. It's a little dark early in the evening. And I think we find ourselves, well, I think I've always said one of the worst place for any of us to be is in our own mind.

So I last week's episode, I focused a lot on overlapping symptoms with borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder.

And I think when it comes to trauma, one, it is a very real thing, and PTSD is a very real disorder.

And I think sometimes, you know, I think somebody has to have, you know, been in, you know,

combat or in a wartime situation.

When in reality, I think trauma, first of all, is different than PTSD.
