Welcome to preaching the choir. I had a plan. I had a plan. Sometimes plans change.

Last Monday, even Sunday afternoon, Sunday evening last week, I had this idea of talking to you guys on preaching the choir about non-denominational faith and how many Christian organizations and churches have been through these incredible journeys.

And some of them have lost touch with Jesus with Scripture and

they're on their own we would call it FTX field training exercise the military

analogies but as you could probably see my face, I'm tired.

I wish there was an excuse or a reason to let you know why I'm tired.

I mean, there's a reason.

No excuses.

I'm just burned out, emotionally burned out.

I feel taxed. I feel like my capacity is capped.

And I'm just going through it. And there's a lot of reasons to be optimistic about my individual circumstance dealing with my children, but the emotional toll, which I've realized

has led to a feeling of being defeated, or feeling defeated. In my opinion, it is acceptable.

Now, it's not acceptable in my opinion is acceptable now it's not acceptable in my opinion to lay in the

fetal and give up the subtitle of my book says fighting from the fetal.

Despite losing my contract because of this situation that happened nearly a year ago,

despite losing that contract, I've continued to write and will finish that book.

That book has to do with my personal situation and then also building resilience and reinforcing faith.

It also talks about feeling and being defeated.

Sometimes you're going to lose.

And your definition of loss will really determine the next steps moving forward.

I think losing and feeling defeated is a temporary circumstance.

Job, for example, went through it for a very long time and he lost everything, including his 10 children.
