Morning guys, welcome to preaching the choir Sunday edition of the Mike Force podcast. It's good to be with you this morning.

I had a good week. Difficult week up front, but it ended up being a good week. I got to see my beautiful

children spend more time than I ever have with them before.

Here now a year later, it feels like there's a glimmer of light and hope at the end of this very dark tunnel I've been living in.

And not to dramatize this circumstance, but it's been a difficult road.

And seeing the joy in my kids, having them back home and immersed in our lives,

I feel normal again.

That makes this episode interesting because I prayed all week on something that would

surface that I needed to talk about.

And it's often that when we're going through less difficult times, we have less to talk about.

I mean, you see it on social media and on the news.

It's not like the algorithm favors good news stories.

When I grew up, it was the cat being rescued in the trees by firefighters.

You don't get that anymore.

Because the algorithm favors chaos, violence, hate.

That's all you see.

With teenagers now spending eight hours a day,

more than they sleep on social media specifically,

it's no wonder we're all over the place.
