Hey, what's going on, guys. Welcome to another episode of preaching to the choir. It is Sunday. Happy Sunday. This is a special edition of the Mike Force podcast, and I do this no matter what. I don't care where I'm at. If I'm on a airplane, I'm going to record it on my phone and then upload it the first opportunity I get. I happen to be with friends in

Priest River, Idaho right now, the middle of nowhere. I'm teaching a survival segment,

survival block this morning at Jack Osborne's men's retreat.

And I'm getting the A team assembled for my retreat,

called the Wolf 21 Wellness Retreat.

The retreat is not exclusive to just men.

It is both for men and women.

And the focal point, the main effort, is breathwork.

Some of the things that I just recently did last night with the team is breathwork,

COT saturation, and working on meditative practice.

It's pretty amazing the amount of people who are out there trying to benefit people's health and wellness through various means and methods.

I recently went through a heroic dose on the up and up, not recreationally, but through

my buddy's church, Matt Butler, a former Green Beret.

I have a plan to go to Ibegain with an organization to Tijuana, Mexico in October.

So I'm super excited about the prospect of improving my own health and wellness as well as yours. I think the first, the first retreat,

certainly like the first retreat that I've taught, what we had rewilding with my old company,

but the first retreat focused on breathwork and then other tactics and tools, including some in preparedness,

because I'm the preparedness guy, is going to be in Driggs, Idaho likely next month.
