Hello there. Welcome to Psychedics Today. My name is David Drabkin, the host of this episode.

A lovely conversation with Daniel Shankim. So Daniel and I have

met once or twice and had some lovely chats, particularly about parenthood and spirituality.

So we kind of bring that into this conversation, which is very real and meandering as well,

to be honest. Daniel was on the show five years ago. He's an old pal of psychedelics today and much has happened

in that time, five years. So we're talking about his work as the founder of Mount Tam's

psychedelic integration. What do they do? And his work as a coach, as an integration coach,

and the course that he has teaching others around integration coaching.

The topic of, yeah, meditation and spirituality definitely comes up,

but so does this really interesting piece that Daniel's been posting about on socials lately,

fractal inquiry.

And we all know what fractals look like, but it's a nice way of posing questions and developing the space between people

and within oneself that there has curiosity and inquiry. So it's a, yeah, it's a really nice piece.

And I loved two things that Daniel said. The question, are psychedelics going mainstream?

He says, no, the mainstream is coming to us.

And then another piece, if I'm fixing you, it means you are broken,

but if I'm serving you, it means you're holy.

I really like that.
