For me, being a part of Vital was an amazing experience.

Honestly, it was a great opportunity to connect with people from all over the world who came from all walks of life.

And they had all sorts of different backgrounds.

So this was actually something I did not really expect, but at the end of the day was the part that I enjoyed

the most. It was being able to work every week with my study group, and there was so much learning

that actually happened in that space, also from having different perspectives from people

that have been doing this work for many years or people that were just

beginners to this work, people from the spiritual community or people that, you know,

are psychologists or younger analysts. So they really added a lot to me in terms of networking

and having a community and just having new perspectives,

how this work could be done in the psychedelic space

or what are all the possibilities that lie there.

So I think I felt more confident actually to what I bring into the space.

And I had more connections to work with other people in collaborations after Vital.
