Okay, so summer is here. And if you're anything like me, you're busy vacationing with your family, catching festivals with your friends, and picking back up on all that time that we missed with each other over the last couple of years.

But amid all our trips, our scheduling, our careers, and our family obligations, it can be really easy to forget about taking care of what's

most important ourselves. That's why here at psychedelics today, we're working hard to create

opportunities for our community to experience some of the most transformative in-person

retreats on the planet. We're thrilled to announce that we're hosting six spectacular

psychedelic retreats over the coming months, and anyone who feels called is welcome to join us.

We are working with partners at Sillus-Sybin centers in Amsterdam, Jamaica, and Portugal,

and we'll also be hosting breathwork retreats in Costa

Rica and Pennsylvania.

There are a range of lodging options and trip durations with dates extending into January

and a variety of different approaches to entering non-ordinary states for personal exploration.

We've designed all of these retreats so anyone thinking of working on themselves

can find what they're looking for. I went to a retreat in South America in the spring,

and I can tell you it is an investment that I will make in myself over and over and over again.
