Hello everybody. Thanks so much for tuning into psychedelics today. I'm David Drapkin, the host of a vital

psychedelic conversation, episode two of season two with Kailia Taylor and Shabina Hale.

You probably have heard of Kaila Taylor and you may even have listened to our episode back in February of last year around the subject of ethics.

So Kailia is a vital teacher on our vital training course and Shabina is actually a student in our vital course. So this is something

we're doing now is bringing more of our students onto the stage and getting to know them

and helping them share their wisdom and experience. So talking about ethics today and the main

takeaway I got was having this really authentic tuning in to herself about who we are, our motivations.

Why am I doing this? What am I capable of and not quite ready for? And do I have the support

to be doing this kind of work? That's just a really basic starting place. I'll tell you a bit

more about Kailia. So she's a licensed marriage family

therapist. She has developed something called Inner Ethics. And she has written a book called

The Ethics of Caring, Finding Right Relationship with Clients. That's a must read. She has been

working around the breathwork, holotropic field with Stan and Christina Groff since the 80s.

And yeah, it's amazing having Kylie are part of our teaching team.

And Shabina Hale is one of our students at Vital.

She's an individual and couples therapists based in England, and she's the lead consultant for a clinic or treatment team called New Practice,

that's spelled N-EU.
