Hello and welcome back to psychedelics today. This is Joe Moore coming at you from Breckenridge, Colorado.

Today on the show, we have the Cosmic Engagement Officer of Brunner Soap, David Brunner.

David is a longtime supporter of Maps and the psychedelic world. He's given a lot of funds through

his company and personally through to groups like Maps and many other amazing nonprofit organizations.

I'm a big fan of David Brunner, have been for before I even was involved in the psychedelic space.

And yeah, big fan of the company.

So we get into the Prop 1-22 situation in Colorado, where we are, as Coloradoans, voting to decriminalize

a number of psychedelic compounds, natural psychedelic compounds, DMT, peyote, silicin, psilocybin,

and ibogaine. Fascinating. And I think it's about time about time and yeah the company will be getting behind

this one a bit in the next few weeks and hopefully we can do some really great coverage

the fact that you won't have to go to prison anymore for psilocybin or other compounds is

amazing personally I wish LSD is in there but you know you can't always

get what you want but you can try and what we're doing here is trying to make happen what is

politically possible and practical and we get into the why in the podcast and i think we do some

really cool digging here and um david's really honest and forthright about what's going on there.

And he has been very involved.

And I really appreciate his involvement.

I think this bill is going to be far superior to the Oregon measure where we only have legal psilocybin, but only at certain service centers.

And yeah, but, you know, we got to keep making progress here. Colorado won't be perfect. The next state won't be perfect. And the state after that won't be perfect. But we have to keep trying to improve drug policy. It takes a lot of attention and care. So that's what we're up to here. All right. I think that's it for right now.
