Today I'm speaking with Anne Felipe of the New Health Club that you may have heard already on her podcast.

Today, I speak to Anne about her life, her career change, the role of psychedelics in that career change.

And the experiences with psilocybin and LSD in particular, where she goes into the details of what she went through

very graphically, very profound, and the role that those combined with a lot of psychotherapy

over many years has done for her healing of trauma, both personally and intergenerational.

And so this is something that we reference quite a bit.

She is a huge support of the work of Gabor Mate and Rachel Yehuda.

And at one piece in our chat, we're recognizing that her trauma coming from living in France and Germany, her family,

and my trauma as a kind of Jew whose family were refugees and mostly were murdered in Germany

is the same. And even though our ancestors were on other sides of the experience to some extent,

that what we've inherited is really kind of feels the same and puts us in a similar position of what do we do with this?

So it was kind of beautiful to sense that.

And you know, Anne's got some other stories really awesome about her experiences, you know,

with Jewish culture. And and she also selling fantastic

psychedelic t-shirts with the script in Hebrew. So I definitely recommend checking that out too.

One other thing I wanted to draw your attention to that Anne's working on at the New Health

Club is access to psychedelics for companies, so employers and employees, and having it

destigmatize so that when someone is, say, depressed or has addiction or anxiety or PTSD to

work on, that it's acceptable and kind of encouraged that psychedelic medicine and therapy should be part of

what's available, of what is covered, of what is encouraged for people in the team to use those
