now in Portland, Oregon, in training to be a naturopathic doctor.

I was able to participate in one holotropic breathwork retreat with Christine. It was super cool

out in Boulder. And we get into that a little bit. And yeah, just a really great person in the

space. Thankful for Christine's depth of experience and length of time in the space of

non-ordinary or holotropic states of consciousness. And yeah, we go all over the map here. I hope y'all are ready for a whirlwind ride.
