Today on the show, I am joined by Dr. Sam Gandy.

how to maximize psychedelic use and their potential and what are the benefits of psychedelics.

And yeah, how do we create a container to maximize that? I'm going to get the most out of it.

So we explore that. We explore different use contexts, maybe around music and celebratory use,

psychedelics and creativity. And then, of course, one of our favorite topics with Sam is

interconnectedness, psychedelics, and the interconnectedness with nature and how

psychedelics can increase that feeling of being connected with nature. Also, how to

maybe incorporate parts of nature into the therapy setting, and especially for those that may be

more in urban areas. So maybe bringing a painting or actually bringing more plants into the space.
