Gibran through a friend in Western Massachusetts who involved me a lot in some really cool

climate and other advocacy work way back when I was more in the Northeast. Really happy to

connect with somebody in Boston Metro and kind of reminds me of home a bunch. So really excited

to have Gibran on. We get into some really great material here, a lot about, you know,

a lot of our multi, multifaceted problems, I guess, that we deal with

on a day to day here. It's not easy. And Gibran kind of helps us navigate that a little bit.

And, you know, I hope you like this one. We do talk psychedelics, breathwork, et cetera,
