Today on the show we have Richie O'Golnick, a facilitator of Ibegain experiences,

who's been at this for about 26 years.

And he's now onto some interesting stuff about, you know, right to live, right to die,

kind of work.

And that's a really interesting field, too.

So he gets into, you you know how and why how ibegaine works why he likes working with uh iboga versus ibegain and this idea of um you know flood

dosing versus like a a gradual increase in dosing.

Yeah.

And Ritchie's been on the show before years ago.

And I think he's racked up a whole ton more experience since that first time.

And just really happy to have him back.

We also get the opportunity to talk about some OSHA stuff.

I think he was in those circles in the past,

probably before stuff went really sideways there. Yeah. And, you know, there is a lot of

discussion around the sustainability of Iboga relative to the molecule ibogaine. And yeah, this is something that we did not really get into too much,

but just wanted to remind folks that there are, I believe,

conservation issues around to Boga.

So, you know, just stay tuned on that.

We'll hopefully be able to do some work on that in the future.
