interesting group and they're doing some interesting things and I wanted to share it with you.

They are essentially taking care of themselves through ritual and group. So I think there's

something here that people could mimic and it could be really

helpful for them. These guys are pretty open to talking. So feel free to reach out if you have any

questions, I think. And yeah, I think it's a really cool project. Helps democratize access and help. But, you know, it's this difficult cool project helps democratize access and help, but it's this difficult

balancing act of when to get clinical mental health services involved versus taking care
