question that he might have found some helpful info on. It's like, what is this stuff energy that we

talk about in psychedelics? Do we really have a good answer? And, you know, how do we frame it in our

modern Western world? You know, we have a pretty easy, you know, how do we frame it in our modern Western world?

You know, we have a pretty easy, you know, if you're inside the traditional Chinese medicine system or Ayurveda, it's kind of just built in.

So how do you, you know, bring that into the West?

So a lot of real interesting questions there. We get into that quite a bit

and Matt found some things from his own personal medical tradition that could be helpful for us.
