Dave Chappelle made fun of handicap people. I think that will be the most talked about part of his special.

So I have a question. Because he used the term handicap, but I didn't know if we evolved to use in the term of just saying

disabled. I personally use special needs or disabled I think but he used handicapped.

Yeah yeah that's what I'm saying he used the term. Yeah, yeah, that's what I'm saying.
