Then we read this verse, this passage, and talked about it, and I'm going to review just a little bit.

But in Matthew 6, begin about in verse 24, he talked about, Jesus talked, that you cannot serve two masters.

Is that true?

No man, nobody can do it, can serve two masters.

And then he began to say down in verse 25, take no thought for your life, what you're going to eat or drink or your body,

what you're going to put on.

He said it again in verse 28, why take thought for clothes?

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow and toil not, neither do they spend.

I say to you that even Solomon.

Somebody say even Solomon.

Even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Wherefore, if God so clothed the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow is cast

into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, oh ye of little faith?

Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat, what shall we drink,

or what shall we be clothed?

For after all these things, do the Gentiles seek?

All of the people without covenant, not in covenant with God, not in faith in Jesus, not in Christ by faith in him, are seeking

all these things, how to make a living, how to get set to retire, how to do what you

want, get what you need, seeking these things. Are we supposed to be seeking these things?

He said, but you seek, we're not to seek that.

We are to seek what?
