| 1:30.4 | produced, but also language is understood. And I think for him, the major issue is |
| 1:36.3 | his production of language, his ability to express his thoughts and elaborate on |
| 1:41.8 | them. I think we saw during the debate that he had difficulty with fluency. At |
| 1:47.4 | parts of the debate, when he, I think, had answers that he had practiced |
