So I thought of an idea just kind of people had asked when I did the episode on attachment

styles of what different pathologies would be associated with, you know,

secure attachments or anxious avoidant attachments and so on.

And another thing that was kind of a common theme that people talked about was the whole

notion of fear.

As for those you have followed the program a lot and you see a lot of the titles,

uh,

borderline personality disorder is one that I have done probably the most topics on and the

personality disorders in general.

It's a,

it's definitely an area of interest for me and something I focus on as one aspect

of doing neuropsychological testing is the whole part of diagnostics, is something

more transient like just anxiety or something more longstanding and pervasive, like personality.

And I decided on this topic to discuss the psychology of fear.

And as I try to keep the program as organic as possible, I've, the last several months,

or that's a few months, I've tried to take a more copious approach to, you know,

with terminology and notes that I could reference.
