Hey everybody, AJ Benzie here with Fame is a bitch, and guess what?

This is your show for Wednesday.

It's witless Wednesdays.

I will tell you from the jump. I have a terrible migraine

headache. I told Mike, I'm probably not going to get this show done. But I'm sitting on some

stories and some information. And I said, let me just try to do this. It may not go 40 minutes

as per the usual. So if it doesn't,

I apologize, but my head, my head is just banging, man. I don't know why I get these once in a while,

but, you know, I told Mike, hey, you know what, I'm not doing, I'm not doing shows for Wednesday.

I don't feel good saying that. You know,

I like to perform. I like to give the shows. So this might not be up to snuff, but I'm doing

the best I can with my head just absolutely banging. So with apologies, I'll move forward.

And I'll tell you something right now.

You know, I can't take it.

I go on Instagram, you know.

I check Instagram probably 15 to 20 times a day.

And about an hour ago, it's Tuesday night, 7 o'clock, about an hour ago, I check it,

and I see some soldier, some Ukrainian soldier, God bless him, who's on Instagram and he's

doing some kind of video

where he kicks up

a Timberlin boot
