Not too bad. Not too bad. I went on a long

hike earlier, so it feels like my toes are going to fall off. But other than that, going well.

How are you doing? Pretty good. And a couple rest days in a row. So my legs are starting to feel

functional again. So really digging that. So yeah, before we jump in, just a couple things.

Yeah, so our vital applications are now open.

But the quick overview is that, yeah, we are relaunching our 12-month training program.

It's online.

So we meet on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. Eastern to 4 p.m. Eastern with a guest lecturer to present.

And then we have our breakout groups. So then we'll

break off into smaller little home groups. And you'll have two instructors there. And then we

also have the experiential component as well. So in-person retreat, doing breath work. So yeah,

we're excited this year has been awesome know, I think a real focus on building

community with Vital as well. So if you want to take a deep dive into psychedelic training,
