How you doing? I'm doing great, beautiful, snowy day here. Freezing, but I think we got down to four Fahrenheit the other day. It was really exciting. But that's why I live here. So, no complaints. Yeah. I bought myself a space heater yesterday on Amazon. It comes tomorrow. I gave in,

because I've just been shivering in my little kind of extension where there's no insulation.

I've been putting a hoodie on and warming my hands on teas during work meetings.

It gets stressful over time, right?

To be that cold. Yeah. Yeah. So stay warm, everybody. It's important.

I just read recently there was a study published by a Massachusetts eye and ear, which is kind of a big hospital in Boston. And they published a study saying cold noses contribute to like cold air contributes to infection of, you rhinovirus COVID etc because your autoimmune response can't catch them well enough like you're there's a lot of

immune activity happening in your nose so with it being cold it's's not active, therefore more infection. So stay warm,

everybody. Yeah, during this triple-demic. Yeah. Anyway, yeah, my smells just come back from

having COVID. It's kind of 75% back now. So that's good. Surreal, right? To lose a sense like that.

So our last podcast was with Dr. Andrew Weil, amazing physician, who was actually at Harvard

when Ram Dass and Tim Leary were there.

He was an undergrad and in part was responsible for getting them booted.

But I'm just really happy he was on the show.

He's been a contributor to the psychedelic scene for a long time.

He's a, you know, fantastic contributor to medicine, integrative medicine as a whole.
