Director of Education over here. I hate doing today, David. Yeah, I'm doing good. Thanks, Joe. Love you to be here. First time you and me doing Psychics Weekly. I love how it's kind of spicing up each week. Yeah, I'm loving the spontaneity. The organizing is a little chaotic, but I love it actually. And I love that the whole team, or a lot more of the team is going to get a voice on here.

It's going to be really great. And hopefully we can give more folks voices as well. So yeah,

I guess before we get rolling, what do we have going on on our side, David? I guess as we're

recording on December 7th, you and the team did a bunch of work to launch Vital.

So applications are now open again.

Anything you want to say about Vital?

I'm going to be honest with you, Joe.

This is my favorite part of the year because I get to speak to, you know, 150, 200 students around the world that are just beautiful people doing amazing

things that want to change the world, that, you know, they're really ready for this next

big step.

They want to be part of a community and they just feel great resonance with what we're doing.

And so specifically, I've had two beautiful students I've spoken to,

one in Kathmandu Nepal. I won't mention their name, like a mental health counselor, you know,

who's doing amazing work in Kathmandu that wants to, you know, help around cannabis and psychedelic

treatment becoming an accepted part of the culture there. And then I had a call just now with somebody who, you know, we're offered a scholarship

from our diversity fund.

And when I offered it and she accepted it, both of us had a little kind of couple of tears

in our eyes, to be honest.

Like it just meant that much.

So just to make it happen and to make

that big difference in someone's life. So the course is looking amazing. I love Vital. It's been
