And I have been coached in the New Age and with a shaman that the way that you overcome darkness

is you just become okay with it. I'm sitting there and I'm like, okay, I got to find something good. My heart's

beating and I didn't want to purge. You know, you throw up on ayahuasca and you eliminate the other end

and I'm like, I don't want to purge. I just want to

be okay with this. So I'm like, okay, what can I find to be grateful for? I'm like, thank you for

mosquitoes. You eat mosquitoes? I am so grateful and I would let the gratitude for mosquito eating,

you know, moving to my body and just thank you for cleaning the flies out of my

house. And when I said in my mind, in my heart, you have my permission to walk all over me.

They all poof, disappeared, and I heard do-l-l-l-l-loop, level one complete.

So then I go on to step two, and then I go on to step three,

and then my dead daughter shows up, and then my dead grandfather shows up,

and then I look up at the shaman who's singing, and again, it's a formula.

So you've drank something, and then you have to have specific beats of frequency

and entrainment in order to activate the medicine inside of you it's all these ancient songs
