| 1:47.4 | So for those who don't know you or know your work, as soon as your publicist, as soon as I got the email from your publicist, I was excited because I've been listening to your music for a long time. I've been integrating your music into my own personal journeys. And I've been using it for meditation. So it was a very exciting moment for me to actually be able to meet you. Tell us about your fascinating journey into the music of mushrooms or |
| 1:56.7 | psychedelic journeys in general because it's used. I mean, any Johns Hopkins list, you look at anything, your music is right there. |
| 2:05.6 | It was 15 years ago that I started making music for myself to journey to. |
| 2:12.8 | And that was, you know, it was coming out of a place of where things were falling apart. |
| 2:19.7 | I was living in New York City. |
| 2:22.0 | And so it was more like there was an opening by this like collapse externally in the world, but also internally for myself. |
| 2:29.9 | And I just needed, I just really wanted to make something for me that could help guide a journey for me. |
| 2:36.8 | And it was inspired by some journeys I'd had in the past where I kind of stumbled into these moments with mushrooms and music that were really, really powerful and important. |
