Oren is a writer, editor, a amateur film scholar, and monster expert who was born in the night

before Halloween. His stories of monsters, ghosts, and sometimes the ghosts of monsters have appeared in dozens of anthologies, including Ellen Dattlow's best horror of the year,

and he's the author of the collections, Never Bet the Devil and other warnings, and painted monsters and other strange beasts.

Not to mention various licensed work and a series of essays on vintage horror cinema, monsters from the vault volumes 1 and 2. I am reacting in real time here. I had no idea

that those two books existed and now they must be mine. Oh yes they must be mine.

their daughter, and a rescue dog and cat.
