These were four teachings that I did a number of years ago.

Exploring the Book of Psalms and particularly learning how to adopt the ancient poems and

prayers in the Book of Psalms as like a grammar book teaching me the language of prayer

and biblical faith.

The Book of Psalms contain a wide diversity of people and their different emotional journeys

and experiences as they go through life.

And they teach us what it means to talk to God not just when things are good but in the

whole variety from good to horrible seasons and experiences that we have in life.

This teaching is based on Psalm 22 and we're reflecting on the poets experience of
