I love how have we been going through Psalm 23, and we're on the last verse today.

It's been such a great practice for us.

And, you know, we haven't talked about it too much this week.

But our outline, a rough outline, is that we're breaking down this acronym, soap.

lives and then we're praying to god that we got it right um but really it's just a practice our practice going to 2026 you know we've released one episode on mind

shift this year but we've released i think at this point almost 20 20 days of this 15 days of this

and i'm just really grateful for doing this with you dad you think should for being my co-host. Oh, it's been fun.

Great way to start January.

In Psalm 236, it says, surely your goodness and love will flow.

Let me start that again.

Psalm 236.

It says, surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life.

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

This is such powerful and poetic imagery.

When David says, surely your goodness and loving kindness will follow me.

Which is interesting because David is a man of war, and he's had his enemies following him throughout his life.

David has spent his life watching his back, wondering who's coming behind him.
