1:33.1	The shepherd's job is to care for you, make you feel safe, nourished, calm, and peaceful.
1:54.2	Whether your life feels peaceful tonight your father in heaven is the good shepherd and is present to love and care for you.
2:07.8	So get comfortable in your bed.
2:12.8	Lay your head on your pillow.
2:25.8	Pull up your covers around you and relax. Breathe deeply and slowly to calm your mind and body breathe in and say this the Lord is my shepherd breathe out and say I shall not want.

3:01.3	Release the tension from your shoulders and neck.
