0:27.7	Heavenly Father, as I prepared to sleep, I sigh a prayer for peace and rest.
0:45.3	I seek refuge in you, for you promise to shadow me under your shelter. You are my fortress and guardian, with whom I place my unwavering trust.
1:02.4	As I drift off to sleep, I surrender all my worries to you,
1:07.4	trusting that you will watch over me through the night.
1:17.2	I pray for calming dreams, and a night of deep undisturbed sleep so that I may wake up refreshed and ready to tackle a new day. I thank you, Lord, for your unending grace and benevolence.
1:27.1	May your guiding light continue to lead me on my journey,
1:30.3	and may you grant me the strength to overcome whatever challenges come my way.
1:38.3	With these thoughts in mind, I bid the whole world good night,
1:46.9	knowing that I am safely protected.
