We all have moments in life when we feel overwhelmed,

times when we need direction and protection.

The psalmist David experienced these feelings,

yet he also knew the one who could lead him through life's stark valleys.

David knew that as our good shepherd,

God wants to provide for us every single day.

Today, Joy's takes a deeper look at David's Psalm 23,

Satan wants to keep us busy, busy, busy with what's wrong with everybody else.

So we never see what's wrong with us.

And it's just this total useless thing because if I say busy trying to fix other people,

I can't do that.

That's something only God can do.

But if I let the Holy Spirit work in my life, then I can change.

Instead of trying to do something you can't do,

why don't we start doing something we can do and let God lift the heavy burdens?
